"U.D." in boxing stands for "Unanimous Decision." A unanimous decision is a way for a fight to be decided when it goes the full duration and the judges' scores are tallied. For a unanimous decision, all three judges must score the fight in favor of the same boxer. If two judges score for one boxer and one judge scores for the other, it results in a split decision. If two judges score for one boxer and the third judge scores it a draw, it results in a majority decision.
