Yom kippur意思
"Yom Kippur" is a Hebrew phrase that translates to "Day of Atonement" in English. It is the holiest day in the Jewish calendar and is observed by Jews all over the world. Yom Kippur is a day of fasting, prayer, and repentance, during which Jews seek forgiveness for their sins and ask for God's forgiveness. The day is marked by a 25-hour fast, during which Jews do not eat or drink, and they spend much of the day in synagogue, where they pray and reflect on their actions over the past year. Yom Kippur is also a day of reconciliation, as Jews are encouraged to seek forgiveness from those they have wronged and to forgive those who have wronged them.
